- What we keep
- When you join the beta list: your email address, the language of the page you used, and when you signed up. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
- Why
- To invite you to the iPhone beta. That’s the only email you’ll get from this list. We keep it because you asked us to (your consent), and you can withdraw that at any time.
- Where
- In our database in the EU (Neon, Ireland), reached through our server on Google Cloud (Belgium).
- How long
- Until the beta opens to everyone, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
- Visits
- We count page visits and sign-ups with PostHog (EU), without cookies and without your email. PostHog records the address your visit came from and the approximate location it points to. Like any website, our server also logs your IP address, kept for up to 30 days for security.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at the contact address. If you think we’ve got it wrong, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
